MyFitnessPal is a free-to-use app that has been built to help users reach their goals. You can track calories, track macronutrients, make your food diary, track exercise, gain nutritional insights and set goals, milestones and daily targets.
FitOn

FitOn is a free app loaded with workouts led by celebrity trainers! It includes anything from dance to HIIT with a built in progress tracker and personalized workout recommendations. All the while, you can compete in real-time with friends and family.
Nike Training Club

Nike Training Club ,or NTC, is a free to use mobile app made by Nike. In NTC you will find over 200+ workouts, targeted training programs and a growing video library. Workouts range from 5-50 minutes and from no equipment at home to weighted gym workouts and even yoga and 100% free-to-use.
Strava

Track activity and progress on Strava to connect with a global platform. Leaderboards and challenges help you stay competitive with your progress. Featuring a GPS tracker to measure walking, cycling and running with accuracy, Strava offers a new way to compete with friends in a game-style way.
HeadSpace

HeadSpace offers some free meditation sessions, mini courses and mindfulness practices. Their app has been made by experts to help others reduce stress, get better sleep and reduce irritation. They also made Netflix series to get you started with the foundations of mindfulness.
Insight Timer

Insight Timer is a meditation and mental wellness app with thousands of free guided meditations, breathing exercises, and sleep aids.​ For self-guided meditation they also provide a timer with the option for background music or relaxing sounds.
Charity Miles

Charity Miles is another activity tracker that will donate money to charity based on how much walking, running or biking you complete. There are also teams where you can set challenges to compete, all the while raising more for charity!
Habitica

Build new habits and boost productivity with Habitica: get rewarded with in-app items and gamify your progress. Whether your goal is drink more water or to get a daily walk in, level up your personalized character every time you make progress towards your goals and compete with others at the same time!
